Combustion figures
| Figure | Natural gas (G20) | LPG (G31) |
|---|---|---|
CO₂ at high rate More infoHide infoHot condition (Frame 52 table). The ± 0.5% tolerance is from Table 1; the Frame 52 table gives no tolerance. LPG figures are for the P models. | 9.7% ± 0.5% | 11.4% ± 0.5% |
CO₂ at low rate More infoHide infoHot condition (Frame 52 table). Tolerance from Table 1. | 8.7% ± 0.5% | 10.2% ± 0.5% |
Maximum CO | Not given in MI | Not given in MI |
CO/CO₂ ratio More infoHide infoFrames 55 and 56. | Not greater than 0.004 | Not greater than 0.004 |
O₂ | Not given in MI | Not given in MI |
Working inlet pressure More infoHide infoMinimum at the boiler inlet with the boiler firing (Frame 31). The inlet pressure test point is on the gas valve on the 30, 40, 60, 80 and 150, and on the inlet gas manifold on the 100 and 120 (Frame 58). Table 2 gives the gas supply as G20 20 mbar and G31 37 mbar. The fault finding charts (MI pp. 52–53) ask whether more than 18 mbar is available at the boiler, which doesn’t match the 17.5 mbar minimum. |
